Why should you unlock your account before Tel Store works on your device?

For the repair process to be complete and for all your mobile device’s functionalities to be checked, none of its software locks can be activated.

The protections offered by manufacturers to safeguard the access to your mobile phone are all highly efficient – they can however interfere with expected results during our repair process. When working on your product, it may ask us for some of your personal data (verification password, contact email address, checks via three personal questions, etc.) to authenticate the user. To avoid this, we now ask for your software protection to be imperatively lifted.

Unlocking your device is a reversible operation and you can reactivate it as soon as we have finished our work. There are several types of locking options: it could be an “iCloud” lock for Apple products, or a “Google” lock for Android products.   • Creating a back-up of your personal data via the iTunes application

    This videos concerns Apple mobile devices for which you wish to create a back-up. The material and software repairs to be done on your mobile device may require us to reboot your personal data.

    By creating a data back-up, you can reinstall your personal data onto your mobile device once it has been repaired.

    This video concerns Apple devices locked with an iCloud account.

    Your iCloud account prevents us from carrying out all the checks required for ensuring your device’s proper operation.

    IMPORTANT: this step can only be carrying out from a computer connected to the Internet. The Apple ID used must be the one belonging to the locked mobile device.
